Sustainability, Traceability & Compliance
Feedstock traceability, chain-of-custody certification and supply-chain documentation are central to how we present our timber and solid biomass fuel supply to commercial buyers.
Traceability Underpins Reliable Supply
Feedstock Traceability
Knowing where material originates supports responsible sourcing decisions and regulatory compliance for buyers further down the supply chain.
Supply-Chain Documentation
Specifications, certificates and batch documentation give buyers the evidence they need for their own procurement and compliance processes.
Regulatory Compliance
European timber and biomass fuel trade is subject to due-diligence and sustainability requirements that vary by product, volume and end use.
FSC Chain of Custody
Sertifikuoti miškai VšĮ holds FSC chain-of-custody certification, licence code FSC-C122992, assessed and certified as meeting the requirements of:

Certificate copy available on request via our commercial team.
Other Certification & Sustainability Schemes
Where a product or contract requires a specific sustainability scheme, GHG value, Proof of Sustainability or other documentation beyond our FSC chain-of-custody certification, this is confirmed and provided on a per-product, per-batch basis. Fields such as certification scheme, certificate number, validity date and scope are published here once confirmed and documented for a given product line.
This block is hidden from the live site until the relevant fields are completed and verified.
Timber & Biomass Fuel Regulation in the EU
European trade in timber and solid biomass fuel operates within a regulatory framework that includes, among other instruments, the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) — which introduces due-diligence and traceability requirements for certain timber and wood-based products placed on the EU market — and the Renewable Energy Directive (including RED III), which sets sustainability and greenhouse-gas criteria for biomass used as fuel above defined size thresholds.
Applicability of these frameworks depends on the specific product, HS/CN classification, volume, origin and the buyer's own use of the material. This page provides general orientation only and is not legal advice — buyers with specific compliance obligations should confirm applicable requirements with their own legal or regulatory advisers, and can request the documentation we hold for a given order to support that assessment.
Certification and regulatory status may vary by product, feedstock, origin and supply chain.
